PROJECT OVERVIEW

ICI Contracting is fitting out a new-build commercial unit in downtown Toronto for a healthcare clinic. Starting from a base-building shell, the work lays out the clinic, builds new rooms and corridors, and adds accessible washrooms.

The photos show the service layout marked on the slab, new partitions and corridors, accessible washrooms, and the first feature-wall finishes.
